Infections from animals and their transmission to humans significantly threaten to global public health, including in Indonesia. This research uses bibliometric analysis to assess the dynamics of animal-related infections and their transmission to humans in Indonesia. The analysis process commenced with the search for the keywords "animal AND infection OR transmission AND human AND Indonesia" for 2013-2023 using Scopus, with OpenRefine and VOSViewer employed as data extraction and analysis tools. The analysis results indicate an increasing research trend throughout the specified period. Network visualization analysis produced a mapping of 7 clusters comprising a total of 60 interconnected items, while density visualization highlighted the epidemiology of zoonosis as the most frequently discussed topic. These visualizations also illustrated the relationship between cases and the risk of zoonosis development, representing a serious threat to public health. © 2025, Malque Publishing.
