The limitations of using teaching aids pose a problem in the learning of Computer Network Media Installation. Flexibility, mobility, and quantity are constraints in Ubiquitous learning. Therefore, this study aims to create an application that can present teaching aids in the learning of computer network media installation in a Ubiquitous manner based on Augmented Reality. The application is called Ubiquitous Learning Assisted by Augmented Reality (U-LAR). This application was developed using the waterfall model, which consists of the following stages: needs analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is the U-LAR application, which can display 3D objects and videos of practical tools from computer network media installation learning. Learning tools or videos for computer network media installation can be displayed simply by scanning the images of the tools from the printed or digital lab sheets. The U-LAR application can be run on Android-based smartphones, which are widely accepted by students, with a positive response rating of 8.51. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the enhancement of ubiquitous learning, particularly in computer network media installation. Future development of the U-LAR application will focus on expanding its capabilities and usability. © 2025 IEEE.
