The issue of performance of SMEs is needed to be sustainable with the highlight digital leadership after Covid-19 pandemic. To accelerate the growth and sustainability of SME performance, Sharia fintech is a solution and alternative for financial services that were not previously offered by many banking services. This study explores how digital leadership influences the sustainability performance of SMEs within Sharia-compliant Fintech. Therefore, the aims of the study is to analyze the performance of sustainable SMEs digital leadership as moderating factors with the approach of consumers and SMEs. To overcome the response bias or irrelevant responses, this study will distribute 500 questionnaires to SMEs in respondents in 11 districts in the city of Padang. The test model in this study uses SmartPLS which has been recommended to test models that use moderation. The results of the study show the moderate effect of digital leadership on sustainable performance of SMEs is small. In addition, the multi-dimensional construction is an interesting gap to examine empirically (complex construction) from the use of social media, knowledge sharing, sharia fintech services and service orientation, as well as digital leadership as moderators become new contributions. This research provides scientific contributions, literature or theory of entrepreneurship and sustainable marketing strategies. © 2025, SRAC - Romanian Society for Quality. All rights reserved.
