The excellence and competitiveness of human resources (HR) are key factors supporting the progress of a country's economy, society, and culture. In the context of electronics engineering education in Indonesia, this study aims to investigate how creative thinking skills, critical thinking skills, learning strategies, and problem-solving abilities contribute to improving students' academic performance. The study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine relationships among variables and Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) to assess the importance and performance of the relevant constructs, and network analysis to visualize the complex interactions among these variables. The findings provide profound insights into how students' personality characteristics, learning strategies, and problem-solving abilities contribute to their academic achievements, with Subject Extraction Strategy (SES) playing a crucial role in influencing Students' Academic Performance. These results offer substantial contributions to support the development of electronics engineering education curricula and the enhancement of human resource development in Indonesia.
