Instilling moral beliefs through students reading children's story books is considered effective, because through stories students are better able to understand and remember the implied moral values. Unfortunately, the availability of children's story books in general is currently not fully in line with Akidah Akhlak learning materials for students. Therefore, an interactive e-book containing children's stories entitled Kampung Warna was developed, intended as a learning medium for elementary school students in Islamic Religious Education subjects, which includes aspects of character-based learning and the application of Akidah Akhlak. Based on the research methodology flow of research and development through testing validity, practicality and effectiveness in accordance with the research objectives to be achieved, children's storybooks fulfill the objectives of this research. That the Kampung Warna interactive children's story e-book was declared valid for use as a learning instrument according to the validator's assessment, practical for use in learning according to the responses of educators and students, and included in the effective criteria according to the results of student learning evaluations on Akidah Akhlak in Islamic Religious Education Subjects. © 2024 American Institute of Physics Inc..
