Abstract

The physical environment in the hospital greatly affects the performance of the officers in carrying out their duties. The condition of the medical record storage room in the hospital will affect the service provided, so that the arrangement room storage of medical records needs to be considered so that services are available provided by the medical record unit can run smoothly. Layout storage of medical records will be more effective if adjusted accordingly medical record processing flow This research method is carried out by conducting a literature study Review. With various references, by collecting data methods from observational studies and interviews and a seven-year research journal last. The results of this study can affect the performance of the record officer In terms of medical aspects of room area, temperature and lighting as yet according to the guidelines or not according to the standard determined so that the medical record officers do not have enough flexibility work The conclusion from the results of this literature review study is expected by officers medical records conform to the guidelines that have been determined thus reducing errors in doing work on medical record officers, especially in the filling room. © 2024 American Institute of Physics Inc..
