The physical environment in the hospital greatly affects the performance of the officers in carrying out their duties. The condition of the medical record storage room in the hospital will affect the service provided, so that the arrangement room storage of medical records needs to be considered so that services are available provided by the medical record unit can run smoothly. Layout storage of medical records will be more effective if adjusted accordingly medical record processing flow This research method is carried out by conducting a literature study Review.
