Abstract

Activities related to the management of K3 & KO Mining require the cooperation of all employees at all levels within the company. This collaboration works well when each employee develops and promotes a mining safety culture. The need for a targeted program according to the company's context, the company's work environment safety management maturity level, from lowest to highest level, should be considered as a basis for program creation. Although the research method to be conducted is a qualitative one, the types and sources of data required for this research consist of primary and secondary data. PT HMSI as a drilling and blasting subcontractor of PT Kideco Jaya Agung since 18th July 2014.
