Living things interact with each other to form a system. These interactions will affect the environment and will show behavior. One of the impacts is the incidence of Dengue. till now, DHF remains a worldwide problem this is constantly growing and fluctuating, such as in Rimbo Tengah District, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. This research aimed to analyze the impact of the home environment and community behavior on the incidence of DHF. This type of research is quantitative research. Using the correlation method and using PCA analysis. The sample was 100 houses. The sampling technique used a probabilistic technique, namely Proportional Random Sampling. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and using secondary data. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that rainfall, ABJ (Mosquito Larva Free Number), and PSN behavior (Mosquito Nest Eradication) affect or have an impact on the incidence of DHF. Then analyzed by PCA to reduce the variables, the results showed that the three variables Rainfall, ABJ, and PSN behavior both had a strong impact on the incidence of DHF. Then, environmental conditions and community behavior must be managed sustainably in overcoming environmental-based diseases. © 2024 American Institute of Physics Inc.. All rights reserved.
