Abstract

This study discusses the model of immune, healthy, and virus infected cell interaction by assuming Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes as the main component of the immune system. This study performs dynamic and semi-analytic analysis of the mathematical model of diseases due to single strain virus infection using the homotopy perturbation methods. The results of the analysis show that there is a bifurcation in the model with critical points R0 and R1. The appearance of the steady states and its stability changes in accordance with R0 and R1 transition. While the analysis of homotopy and perturbation shows the exact solution. © 2023 Author(s).
