When a student has finished studying at a university, the problem that arises is that it is difficult to get a job quickly. One of the reasons is that the number of university graduates is not proportional to the available job vacancies. So the competition in finding a job is getting tougher. The academic abilities obtained during lectures are not enough, so graduates must prepare themselves by adding skills and soft skills to face challenges in the world of work. This paper aims to classify UNP FMIPA September and December 2018 graduates in getting a job. The results obtained are that FMIPA UNP graduates who get jobs with a waiting period are graduates with a TOEFL score of 421-480 and a GPA ≥ 3,00, graduates with a TOEFL score of 421-480 and a GPA<3,00 and graduates with TOEFL value 400-420. Characteristics of graduates who get a job less than three months are TOEFL score 421-480 and a GPA ≥ 3,00 © 2023 Author(s).
