The instruments used were questionnaires administered to twelve teachers and interviews administered to six teachers. The research focuses on ongoing professional development and activity conducted by teachers to increase their professional development, influencing their ELT. Within the conceptual framework, teachers’ activities related to pedagogical, personal, professional, social, and digital competencies, then the obstacles to teacher development and transformation are being studied.
