This research aims to produce valid, practical and effective Discovery Learning-based mathematical learning tools as well as improve the mathematical problem-solving skills of class XI high school learners. The learning tools developed are lesson Plan (RPP) and student worksheet (LKPD). The development model used in this research is the Plomp model. In the initial investigation phase, data collection is carried out that aims as a guideline in designing learning devices. The prototype development phase aims to develop learning tools so as to produce valid, practical and effective learning devices through formative evaluation stages i.e., self-evaluation, one-to-one evaluatio evaluation. © 2023 Author(s).
