Students are often faced with topics such as multivariable functions, double integrals, infinite series, and vectors. GeoGebra provides tools that can be used to draw graphs of these functions in two-dimensional and three-dimensional space. This paper aims to find out how the perspective of students of the mathematics education study program of FMIPA Universitas Negeri Padang towards the use of GeoGebra in advanced calculus courses. This quantitative research uses a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires and observations. GeoGebra helps students in visualizing advanced calculus concepts, improving interactive understanding, accelerating the lecture process, validating and verifying results. However, the use of GeoGebra makes students dependent on technology, reduces manual problem-solving skills, and technical difficulties. Thus, it is important for students to maintain a balance between the use of technology and manual understanding so that problem solving skills are honed and in-depth understanding of concepts is maintained. © 2026 Author(s).
