Currently, in the world of Education, ESP is particularly significant at the lecture level. Since 2010, this English ESP can be taught utilizing a blended learning format. The blended learning model is a student-centered combination of face-to-face and online learning that can boost the frequency and content of civil engineering English courses. This research was undertaken at Ekasakti University in Padang and focused on establishing blended learning models for English courses in civil engineering departments. The education developed in this study is a learning model in civil engineering English courses, so this research is also known as research and development. In this study, the ADDIE model was used to build the model, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of observations are through blended learning and the materials that students or students can be more motivated and have a lot of experience through learning instruction and rich learning materials provided in the learning management system (portals/websites that provide instruction and e-learning materials). Learning materials contribute to a specialized learning process in English Civil Engineering, and learning materials are developed using a blended learning approach. Therefore, the development of ECE-specific learning materials at CED UNES using blended learning must be done to produce appropriate, interesting, and provide great opportunities for students or students in learning ECE. © 2023 American Institute of Physics Inc..
