Stoichiometry is a hard topic for students. The topic is complex. For example, to solve stoichiometry problems, student must know the molecular formulas, design chemical reactions, and calculations. This study aims to disclose validity and practicality level of PowerPoint-iSpring (PPT-iSpring) learning media integrated macroscopic, subsmicroscopic and symbolic representations on Stoichiometry. Type of this research is Research & Development (R&D). The learning media was developed with development model of Plomp's. The instruments of research were validity and practicality questionnaire. The learning media of PPT-iSpring was validated by 5 validators. The subjects of the practicality test were 155 senior high school student and 3 chemistry teachers from Padang. Aiken's V formula was used to reveal the validity of PPT-iSpring learning media. The practicality of learning media was based on the responses of teacher and students and was analyzed using % practicality. The results of validity scores were 0.854 with a very valid category. Practicality results by teachers and students were 88.32% and 85.77% with very practical category. © 2023 Author(s).
