This study aimed to analyze the effect of land use, education, experience, capital, technology, and training on income salt farmers in Madura Island. The study concluded that the land size, experience, capital, technology, and training a significant effect on earnings while education does not significantly influence revenue salt farmers on the island of Madura. The policy implication of this research is that the government and relevant parties can always work together to improve the quality of training and technology so that farmers' production and income can be improved. © 2021.
