Training for the technician is important in manufacture industry. This study conducted in manufacture industry in one of Industrial Park in Batam. Objective of this study is to develop training model that can improve training effectiveness for the technician. Development model of Dick & Carey was used to develop the training model for technician in manufacture industry. The use of computer technology and digital for training activity reveal can improve the effectiveness and practicality of the training. In this study, experiment class shows higher average score compare to control class. © 2020 SERSC.
