In leading an organization, a manager does more creative work. Creativity refers to the creation and development of new and better ways of doing an activity to effectively and efficiently achieve goals.This study determines the level of creativity using a quantitative descriptive method with 100 students of education administration in Universitas Negeri Padang as respondents. The data was collected using the instrument of creativity. The results show the creativity of students is in the medium category 34.95%. Therefore, there is a need to increase the creativity of educational administration students to support their expertise in management and administration in an organization. © 2020, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc.
