Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer a futuristic concept; it is rapidly becoming an everyday ally in decision-making across management and engineering fields. This chapter explains AI by breaking down complex ideas into practical insights tailored for professionals without a technical background. It explores how AI-driven tools are enhancing productivity, precision and creativity in domains ranging from business analytics and human resources to project management and engineering design. With an emphasis on no-code and low-code platforms, the chapter introduces intuitive, web-based AI applications that require minimal technical know-how but deliver substantial impact. It also addresses ethical considerations and organizational readiness.
