An assessment on the readiness of organizations associated with catastrophic disasters in the last decade has become increasingly important and challenging, not only for profit oriented organization, but also for non-profit organization. However, current practices indicate that not many organizations are ready with their business continuity plan in facing possible disasters in the future. The organization business continuity plan readiness is essential, to avoid the impact of disaster from preventing the delivering of their business or services. The future outlook indicates that disasters occurrence will increase due to many factors and they can always happen anytime and anywhere. Therefore, this paper presents the essential of the organization's readiness for business continuity plan in order to protect the organization's facilities management services.
