How to implement technology science for entrepreneurship by using product-based learning approach and participatory action learning system in higher education?

Abstract

Increasing unemployment rate educated from high education graduates and less effective entrepreneurship training program, an alternative solution is needed with technology science implementation for entrepreneurship using product-based learning approach and participatory action learning system in higher education, how to do that? This research method is descriptive qualitative by giving full description about what happened. This study describes how the implementation of product-based approach and participatory action learning system in the implementation of technology science for entrepreneurship in higher education and also to see the initial condition of participants personality who joined the entrepreneurship training program. The results of this study obtained information on the initial conditions of good personality of participants and the implementation of science technology for entrepreneurship in higher education with the following stages; the application of productbased learning approach, the application of participatory action learning system, training and problem solving, apprenticeship in partner industry, mentoring and technological assistance, start-up business and oversight of tenants. Implementation of the entrepreneurship training program can provide new skills for students to be able to survive in the community, can develop self-potential in entrepreneurship and provide job vacancy. © 2017 American Scientific Publishers All rights reserved.
