Technology helps transform mathematics learning to be more dynamic, interactive and tailored to students’ needs. GeoGebra, as a dynamic software that combines geometry, algebra and calculus, allows visualization of abstract mathematical concepts, thus potentially facilitating a more interactive and meaningful learning process. This type of research is descriptive research that aims to describe a mathematics learning strategy that utilizes the GeoGebra application as a tool in constructing mathematical concepts. Henceforth, it is called the DIER (Designing, Implementing, Evaluating, and Reflecting) strategy. This strategy starts from the stage of designing a genetic decomposition for one of the topics studied, GeoGebra activities, teaching materials, and student worksheets. Then implementing the activity in the classroom and continued with evaluating and reflecting. This research is expected to contribute to the development of innovative mathematics learning strategies that are relevant to technological developments. © 2026 Author(s).
